RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO ChANGE ZONE ON COUNCIL,S
OWN MOTION.
RESOLVED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that it is the intention
of said Council, on its own motion and without a petition therefor, to init-
iate proceedings for changing and reclassifying the property known as 891
Union Street, Alaneda, from a Residence District Class 1 to a Residence
District Glass II, and the City Clark is hereby directed to post notices
of hearing thereon before the City Planning Commission, as required by the
Zone Ordinance of the City of Alameda, Section 19, as amended by Ordinance
No. 393 New Series.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in adjourned regular meeting assembled on the 29th day of April,
1935, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke, (3).
NOES; Councilmen Eschen and Morris, (2).
ABSENT: None.
