REJOLITED, that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make
a traffic count and procure other evidence desirable for presentation before the
Railroad Commission for the proposed hearing on approvni of contracts between the
California Toll Bridge 'Authority and the railroad companies operating trans-bay rsil
andibrry service to the east bay cities.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foresoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 15th day of October, 1935, by the following
