FIXING SALARY OF CHIEF OF POLICE
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City o f Alameda, that, commencing
as of December 1, 1935, the salary of the Chief of Police of the City of Alameda
be, and the seine is hereby, fixed at To Hundred Dollars ($200.00) per month.
All resolutions heretofore missed in relation to the salary of the Chief of 'Police
are hereby rescinded.
I, the undersigned, hereby certis7y that the foregoing Resolution
'as duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 19th day of November, 1935, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Broyles, Munro and President Roebke (3).
NOES: Councilman Eschen, (1).
ABSENT: Councilman Morris, (1).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the
official seal of said City this 19th day of November, 1935.
