TRANSFERRING 41,000 FROM GAS TAX FUND #1 TO TEE GENERAL FUND
RESOLVED, by the Geuncil of the City Al .eda, that the sum of 41,000
be, and the same is hereby, transferred in repayment of loan, from Gas Tax Fund #1,
to the General Fund.
RESOLVED, that the Auditor and the Treasurer be, and they are hereby,
directed to make the necessary- transfer on their respective books.
I:, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda' in
regular meeting assembled on the 20th day ce October, 1936, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen MOrris, Weichhart and President Eschen, (3).
NOES': None,
ABSENT: Councilmen Carrington and Godfrey, (2).
