CONFIRMING STATEMENT OF EXPENSES.
WHEREAS, E, H. Rogers, the Beileflag Inspector of the City of Alameda, has
submitted an itemized account of tbe expenses involved in tho razing and removal of
the condemned tuilMing or structure situated at No. 258 Cedar Street:
AUL WYFREAS, it appears from him ahfitavit on file that the lumber and
materials in sou condemned building or atruoture were sold at public auction by him
in pursuance of the provisions of Ordinance No. 530 U.S., and that said itemized
statement was mailed to the reputed owner and her agent and also posted on. the prop-
erty In time form and mender as required by said ordinance, including notice of this
hearing on the approval and conformation of said account, and thesome new being
submitted to the Council for final actimn,
rT TS HERFDY RESOLVED AND ORDERED that said statement and account as
this day submitted be, and the erre, im hereby approved and confirmed, and the surplus
money remaining after paying all expenses in connection therewith is hereby ordered
to be deposited with the City Treasurer to the credit of said owner.
