CYDER COMNRACTS C.,2 LEASE DATED RESPECTIVELY NICUST 7, 1928, ANA DECENDER 3. 1929 , WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance Ro, 368 A.S. of the City of Alameda, passed by thA Council. of said City on Eune 5, 1928, a 053 t' indenture of lease was executed ny- thA City of Alameda, as lessor, and 0. o. ThowpAon and Virgil G. Skinner, as lessees, bearing date of August 7, 1928, and leasing cep:tarn lands of the City of' Alameda in said lease described; and WHEREAS, said lease thereafter was duly assigned by the lessees thArein named to Alameda Airport, Inc., a corporation, and WEEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 415 B.S. of the City of Alamoda, parsed by a vote of tIA people of the City of Alameda at an election held November 5, 1029, certain indenture of lease was executed by the City of" Alameda, as lesser, and-Alameda Airport, Inc., a cortbration, as lessee, bearing date of December 3, 1929, leasing dertaiii lands of said 53, in said lease described; and =MBAS, t annual rent reserved to said City and payable hy said Ala-Abdo Airport, InA., to said City: undwx the terms. of the aforesaid leases i8 payable annually in advance on. the 7th day of August, or within ten days thereafter, cf oach and every year during the terms of said leases; and WHEREAS, at the request of said.
