CONSENTING TO PNDOPDATION 01' GRANT OF EASEMENT
ITEIPEAS Herbert A. Page and Laura Gertrude Pase, his wife, on or about the
Bth d3; of :rely, 1920, duly executed and delivered to the City of Alameda, a :municipal
Corporation, a certain indenture dated July 8, 1920, made by and between Herbert A.
Page and Laura Gertrude Page, Lis wife, parties of the first part, and City of Alameda,
a municipal corporation, as narty of the second part, wherein the said parties of the
first pert grantod to the said narty of the second part a certain easement and risht
of way for the construction and maintenance of a combination storm, drain and sunitery
sewer in and along certain real property situated in said City of Alameda and in said
indenture more particularly described, and
121.5 the City of Alameda, on or ab out the 16th day of January, 1921, duly
accepted said grant,
NO(V ThEFEFORE, BE IT BESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL liE caTy C1 ALAMEDA. that this
Council, actin,: for and in behalf of said City of Alameda, hereby consents to the
recordation of said indenture, and orders this resolution to be attached thereto, as
required by Section 1150 of the Civil Code of the State of California.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing, Feselution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the Gity of Alamede in regular
meeting assembled on the 4th day- of January, 1938, by the following vote, to wit:
