RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alomeda, that it is the ontuntion of
said Council, on its own motion and without a petition. therefor, to initiate proceedw

All that lot of land situgted. in the City of Alneda,
County of Alameda, State of Solaro-mica, and described as follows:
Bogyinning at the intersection. of tbe eastbrn line
of Union Street with. the northern. line of Clinton Avenue, as said
street and. avenue are shopm on the map hereinafter referrbd to;
running thence north:uniy along said line of Union. Street 100 feet;
thehbe at right angles easterly 110 feet; thence at right angdes
southerly 100 feet to aaid lino of Clinton Avenue, and thence
westerly on said last named line 110 feet to the point of beginning.
Being a portion of Lots Nos. 15 and. 1.6 in Block No.
14, as said. lots and blgock are delineated. and. so designated upon. that
