TRANSFERRING FUNDS FOR ADVERTISING
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the SUM of $100.00
be, and the same is hereby transferred from the Contingent Fund, Budget Account 70-b
to Budget Account 70-j, to be expended for the purpose of publicity and advertising
the City as provided in Ordinance No. 641 N.S.
RESOLVED FURTHER that out of the moneys herein appropriated the sum of
$700.00 be and is hereby allocated to the Alameda Chamber of Commerce for any or all
of the purposes specified in the contract executed by and between the City of Alameda
and said Chamber of Commerce, dated August 1.8, 1937, said sum to be in addition to the
amount agreed to be paid by the City under the aforesaid contract,
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make said
transfer on their respective books.
This resolution shall be effective June 24, 1938

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 21st day of June,1938, by the following vote, to wit:
