AND CULVERTS TO TFE crry OF ALAMEDA, GRIMING BOR BIDS
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE TEE SIALF.
RESOLVED BY TEM COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OE ALAMEDA that the specifications
for furnishing corrugated pipe and culverts to the City of Alameda, filed in. the
office of the City Clerk 011 October 18, 1938, be and. the same ure hereby aumoved and
adopted.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive:bids
up to the hour of 8:15 alook LADS on Tuesday, the first day of November, 1938, for
the furnishing to the City, of corrugated. pipe and culverts in accordance with said.
specifications. bids must be preseanted. to the City Clerk in Alamnda, California,
under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Bids for Furnishjag Corrugated
Pipe and. Culverts".
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the trovisions of tho
oharter of said City, to the responsible bidder tTo submits the lowest and bast bid.
The right is resorven. to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hbreby direetedto advertise in tLe Alameda Times-Star,
a reties bailing for sealc d. bids in. accordance with the provisions of this resolu-
tion.. and of saie spectificatdons.
