RESOLVED FURTHER that whenever the aforesaid provisions of the Labor Code apply to any public work authorized by the City, or to any contract for such public work awarded by the City, not less than the aforesaid prevailing rate of per diem wages, hereinbefore ascertained and determined for each respective craft or type of workman, shall be paid on ouch work. I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adapted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the 17th day of January, 1939, by the following vote, to alt: AYES; Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President Yeichhart, (5).
