RESOLUTION CF ACCEPTANCE AND 202 NT TO eECORIATION
WEEHEAS, a certain indenture dated January c;, 1939, made by and between
George Windsor and Lartha Windsor, husband and wife, Edgar A. Cohen anb Zmily J.
Cohen, husband and wife, Donald Cohen and Edith Elizabeth Cohen, husband and wife,
and others, as parties of the first part, and the City of Alameda, a municipal
cornoration, as party of the second part, conveying to said City of Alameda certain
easements and rights of way' over, under, along, and/or across certain parcels of
land situated in "Traht 526, Alameda, Alameda County, California", as said tract
appears en the map thereof filed in the office of the County Becorder cf the County
of Alameda, State of California, on July 1, 1038, and of record in Nap Dock 29,
pages 14, 15 and 16, has been duly executed and delivered to the City of Alameda
by the said parties of the first part,
RESOLVED BY TH7 COUNCIL 07 THE CITY OF ALANEDA than the aforementioned
indenture be, and the same is, hereby accepted on behalf of the City of Aianoda,
and said City Council, acting for and in behalf of said city, hereby consents to
the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to be attached thereto,
as required by Section 1158 of the Civil Code of the at of California.
