T5FERRIN G FUNDS FROM THE CONTINGENT FUND
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the sum of One Thousand
One Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars (41,125.00) be, and the same is hereby, transferred
from the Contingent Fund, Budget Account 70eh, to Dudget Account 125-a.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the sun of Nine Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars($975.00) be,
and the same is hereby, transferred from the Contingent Fund, Budget Account 70-b, to
Budget Account 25-a.
RESOLVED FURTHER that the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars (250.00) be, and
the same is hereby, transferred from the Contingent Fund, Budget Account 70-b, to
Miscellaneous Expense Fund, Budget Account 25-c,
The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to make said
transfer on their respective books.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and
regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting
assembled on the 7th day of March,1939, by the following vote,to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President Weichhart, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Carrington, (1).
