DEDICATIEC CERTAIN TIDE LAMS IN THE CITY OF
ALAMMA AS A „PUBLIC HIGHWAY.
RESQLTED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Lt' ALAMEDA that those certain tide
and submerged lands situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda. State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a point which point is Station 178 on
the Peralta Grant Line as said Station and Line are dellneated
and so designated on that certain mat entitled wMap of Alameda
Marsh Lands as Partitioned among the owners in the suit num-
bered 8925 and entitled 1Pacific Improvement Company, Plaintiff,
vs. lames A. Waymire, et al, Defendants?, Superior Court of
Alameda County, State of Californian and filed July 30, 1900,
in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County in Map
Book 25, Pages 74 to 78, runndng thence North 26* 471 West 2.31
feet to a point, which point is the point of beginning of a
curve to the left having a radius of 780 feet; thence Northerly
along the arc of said curve 779,15 feet to a point; thence
North 86* 031 west 1576.51 feet to a point, said point being
the point of beginning of a curve to the right having a radius
of 4448.08 feet; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said
curve 938.07 feet to a point; thence North 73* 381 west 1450
feet to a point; thence South 16* 02? West 8C feet, more or
less, to a mint, Said point being the Northwest corner of e
parcel of land designated as Parcel No, 1, in deed from the
City of Alameda to the United States of America, recorded in
Rook 2838 of Official Records, Page 216, In the County Recorder's
Officenof Alameda County-, California; thence South 73" 58? East
1450 feet, to a point, said point being the point of beginning
of a curve to the left having a radius of 4523.08 feet; thence
Southerly along the arc of said curve 954.94 feet to a point;
thence South 06* 03? East 1715.25 feet to e point; thence South
14.12 feet to a point, said point being the point of beginning
of a curve to the right having a radius of 700 feet, the tan-
gent to said curve at said point bearing South 74* 321 14" East;
thence Southerly alonE the arc of said curve 558.59 feet to a
point; thence South 28' 49? East 9.62 feet to a point, said
point being on the Peralta Grant Line; thence along the last
named line North 56* 00' East 80.32 feet to the point of be-
ginning,
be, and the same are hereby, dedicated as, and for the purposes of, a public street
or highway.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 20th day of February, 1940, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Carrington, Godfrey, Maurer, Morris and President
Weichhart, (5).
NOES: None.
