DESIGNATING CERTAIN LANDS DEDICATED FOR HIGHWAY' PURPOSES
AS "ATLANTIC AVENUE".
WHEREAS, The Regents of the University of California., a corporation,
heretofore granted to the City of Alameda an easement for public highway pur-
poses in, over and along certain real property situated in the City of Alameda,
County of Alameda, State of Californla, more particularly described as follnws:
EEG:la:INC at a point on the westerly line of Tract
41 as said Tract is delineated end 50 designated upon
tbat certain map entitled. "Liap, of Alameda Mersh Land as
partitioned among the owners thereof in the suit No. 8923
and entitled 'Pacific Improvement Company, Plaintiff, vs.
Tames A. Waymire, et al, Defendants', Superior Court of
Alameda County, State of California," filed in the office
of the County Recorder of Alameda County on the 30th day
of Slily, 1900, said. point being North 0* 34' West 195.21
feet from the intersection of the westerly line of Tract
41 with the Segregation Line ao shown on the aforesaid
mab; thence South 83* 29 50" West 80.43 lest to a point
to be known as the True Point of Beginning, thence from
said true point of beginning North 0* 34' West 29.16 feet
to a point; thence Soutn 83* 29' 50" West 331.10 feet to
point; thence South 75* 47' 30" West 708.38 feet to a
point, said point being on the arc of the Q111'4:6 having a
radius of 267.94 feat, the tangent to the curve as said
point bears South 58* 35* 50" East; thence southeasterly
along the arc of said curve 44.39 feat to a point, at
which point the tangent tp the curve bears South 68'' 05'
20" East, this point being on the northerly line of the
parcel of lard conveyed by The Regents of the University
of California to Alameda Belt Line by deed recorded April
18, 1930 in Book 2375 at page 25 of Official Records of
Alameda County; thence North 75* 47' 30" East 673089 fact
to a point and thence North 83* 29' 50" East 326.13 feet
to the true point of beginnlng, containirw. 0.68 acres of
land, mere or less;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8 IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY "T ALAMEDA
that the aforesaid parcel of land be, and the same is hereby, designated and
shall hereafter be known as "Atlantic Avenne".

in regular meeting assembled. on the 3rd. day of December, 1940, by the following
