Council of the City of Alameda authorized the purchase by said City of the
following described real proportyn
BESEIESCENG at a point on the western liras of Oak Street,
as shown. on the map hereinafter reformed to, distant thereon
northerly 207 feet, ti inches from tfm northern line of Santa.
Clara Avmnua, as the same now existm since Line wideming
thereof; running thence along said line of Oak Street nor-
thmrly 157 feet, g inches; thence at right angles westerly

beminning;

WHEREAS, Dank of Ammrice National Tmust and Swilngs Association, a
corporation, has executed a deed of grant, dated. Mny 14, 1941, conveying to the
City of Alameda the real property- hereinbefore described;
NOW, IFTERNFORE, BE IT RESODADD BY THE COUNCIL aF EMB CITY OE ALAMEDA
that the aforomentioned deed be, and the same is hereby, ace:meted. on behalf of
