WHFREAS, by Ordinance No. F60, New Series, passed May. 20, 19.41, tne
Council of the City of Alameda authorized the acquisition from Southern. Pacific
Company, a corporation, of an. easement for street or highway purposes upon. ant.
across certain lands situated in the City of ALkmeda, County' of Alameda, State
of California, more certiculahly described as follows:
CORMENCING Ad' TEL INTERSECTION OF THAT PORTION of the
Peralta Graut line, between Station 177 and StaticA. 178, with
