EASEMENT NNE LEVEE sLIRPOSES ON BAY FARM ISLAMD AND
CONSENTING TO THE SECORDATION THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the Grantors hereinafter named heretofore executed and de-
livered to the City of Alameda a certain. deed, dated October 27, 1941, wherein
Roger T. Leidy aad. Dorothy V. Leidy, his wife, and Bank of America National
Ernst and. Savings Association, a corporation, and. Corporation of America, a
corporation, are °mentors, anh the Citg• of AlEmeda, a municipal corporation,
is Grantee, and by which deed the seld Grantors grant, transfer and convey unto
the said Grantee an. easement and right to construct, reconstruct and maintain.
for five yaare a levee, builchead or seawall in, over or acroom that certoir real
property' situated in the City of Alameda and mEre particularly described in said
deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOINED 1 7' ISE COINCII OF THE CITY SE ALAMEDA
that tne aforesaid deed be, and the same is hereby, accepted and the said City
Council, acting for and 1 behalf of said Gromtee, hereby consente to the recor-
dation of said deed and orders this resolrtion to be attached thereto, as required
by Section 1158 of the Civil Coda of the State of California.
