of Trustees of said City on January 18, 1904, and Ordinance No. 804, passed 1. the
Council of said City on September 28, 1908, ginnnted to Southern Pacific Compny,
corporatida, and its predecessors in intenbst, the right to construct, maintain
and operate a double track railroad. ad and alonm Pacific Avenub from Dte intersec-
tion of Fourth Street and Pabific Avenue to Fdrat Street, now known as Main Street;
and
