AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT GRANTING PERMISSION
TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA TO CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN
CERTAIN LANDING, FACILITIES, A PLANK WALK, AN UNDERGROUND
ELECTRICAL DUCT AND NECESSARY APPURTENANCES IN, ON 7944 ACROSS
TIDE AND SUBMERGED BANDS OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA.
HEREAS, the united states of america, through its Navy Denartmant, has
made apoliction to the City of Alameda for permission to construct and. „maintain .
certain landing facilities, a plank walk, an undergroo_rid electrical duct and neces-
sary appurtenances in, o' and across tide and submerged laid of the City of Alameda
more particularly described in the form of revocable permit hereinafter referred
to; and
WHEREAS, a form of revocable permit containing thb tersm s. and conditions
to be &greed noon between the City of Alameda and the United. States of America
for neid landing fsbilities, plank walk, underground electribel duct and necessary
appurtenances has been prepared and submitted to this Council at its regular meet-
ing held January 20, 1942, and marked "Filed January 20, 1942."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed
to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on 0±0 of the City, a revocable permit
substantially in the form. and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the
aforesaid form of revocable nermit.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled. OR the 20th day of Januay, 1942, by the following
