EEEPEASy the GOVERNMENT is desirous of,uccairing certain lands or
terests in lands hereinafter designated, owned by the DIONESOM, for the purpose
of constructing school buildings, designated as Project No. Calif. 4-912, ander
authority. of Public No. 849, 76th Congress, dated October 14, 71 770 (the Lanham
Act.), as ammnded; and
WHEREAS, the GOVERNMENT, pursuant to law, Toby acquire such lands or in-
terests in lands by• lease, purchase or condemnation;
WHEREAS, the GOVERNMENON pending the lease, purchase or condemnation,
is desirous of taking immediate possession of said lands for the purpose of com-
mencing said project; and
WHEREAS, the LICENTON is willing to allow the GOVERNMENT to Luke immodi-
ate possession of said landm and to commenbe construmtion theremn, reserving to
-itself, however, all rights ars:liable to the LICENSOR in cordemnotion or other
proceedings relating to the aoquisition of such Mande;
THEREFORE, IT IS MUTUALLY AfREED:

tion in hand paid, reoeipt ef which is hereby' acknowledge the LICENSOR hereby
grants unto tno GOVERNMENT and its reprepentativos, contractors, agents or ser-

LEDEETON, located in the City of Alameda, County of Almmeda, State of California,
more particularly dbscribed in Schedule "A" hereto attached. and gore a part foTerat;

property referred to in said form of license agreement. as being described in
Schedule "A" attached thereto, to wit:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northerly line

of Alameda, County of Alambda. State of California; thence Northerly
along thb Easterly line of Fifth Street a distance of 101 feet;
thence Easterly along a lino parallel with the Northerly line of
Lincoln Avenue a distance of 133 feet 6 Inches; thence Northerly
