RESOLUTION NO. 2936
ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR OPERATING REFRESENINT
CONOFSSION IN WASHINGTON PARK AND LINCOLN PARK FOR
THE PERIOD Call/FENCING JANUARY 1, 1944 AND ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1944.
RESOLVED BY THE con-cu OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the specification:3,
filed in the office of the City Clerk December 7, 1943, for operating refreshment
concession in Washington Park: and in Lincoln Park, in the City of Alameda, Cali-
fornia, for the period. commencing January 1, 1944 and ending December 31, 1944,
be, and the same, are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the .Counoll of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 8:05 o'clock p. m. on Tuesday, December 21, 1944 for
the privilege of operating refreshment concession in Washington Park and in Lin-
coln Park, in the City of Alameda, in accordance with said specifications. Bids
must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City Hall, in Alameda, California,
under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside "Proposal for Park Concession."
CONTRACT, IF AWARDED, WILL SE AWARDED to the respons ible bidder who sub-
mits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject ony or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-
Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this
resolution and of said specifications.

duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular :meeting assembled on the 7th day of December, 1943, by the following
vote, to wit:
