OEMATING THE CiFFICE AND PCSITIOH OF "DEPUTY CITY ATTORNESCiI
BE IT DESOLVEE BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY aF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION There is hereby created. and established in the office of
the City Attorney of the City of Alameda the office arid position of "Luputy
City: Attorney" of the City of Alameda.
SECTION 2. The duties of the office and. position of Deputy City
Attorney and of the person holdAng such sosEtion shall be as follows: Under
the supurvision and general direction of the City Attorney, to perform and
assist the Oity Attorney in the performance of the legal work: of the city and.
of the duties imposed upon the City Attorney by the charter, ordinances and
respirations of the City of Alameda and. by law.
