RE3OLVED 01 TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY O ,EDA that the Specifica-
tions, filed in the office of the City Clerk December 5, 1944, ND. NS 1-44-9,
for operating refreshment concessien in Washington Park and ia Lincoln Park;
in the City of Alameda, California, for the period commencing January 1, 1945
and ending December 31, 1945, be, and the same are hereby, approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, KURTEEPR, that the Council of the City of Alameda will
receive sealed bids up to the hour of 3:05 o'clock; p, m., on Tuenday,
December 1.9, 1944, for the privilege of operating refreshment concession in
Washington Park and in Lincoln Park, in the City of Alameda, in accordance
with said Specifications. ads must be presented to the City Clerk, in the
City Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on
the outside "Proposal for Park Concession," or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be a warded to the responsible 'bidder
who submits the highest and best bid, The right is reserved to reject eny
or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda
Times-Star, a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provi-
sions of this resolution and of said Specifications.

wa9 duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of
Alameda in regular meeting assembled. on the Stn day of December, 1244, by
