FIXING SALARY OF POSITION
F CITY ATTORNEY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY 222 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the salary
for the office and position of City Attorney of the City of Alameda be, and it
Ls hereMy, fixed at the sum of $350.00 per month; said position is hereby re-
ained and considered as a pert time position and the incumbent thereof is per-
mitted to engage in other professional employment.
This resolution shall Le in effect on December 5, 1944.
12 IT FURTBER RESOLVED that the provisions of this resolution shall
supersede those portions of Resolution No. 3009 and of any other resolution in
conflimt herowith, and all such conflicting provisions are, to tbe extent of
such conflict only, hereby rescinded and annulled.
I, the andnrigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
duly and regularly- introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of December, 1944, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES; Councilmen Drerschaid, Ooae, Jones and Presinent Godfrey, (4).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilman Osborn, (1).
