RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed
to execute all necessary Suhsti
s cf Attorney in any case in which the City
of Alameda is a party, substituting Stanley D. Whitney, City Attorney of the City
of Alameda, as attorney of record. for the City of Alameda in the place and stead
of H. Albert George.
Said Stanley D. Whitney, City Attorney of the City of Alameda, is
hereby authorized and directed to file each of said Substitutions of Attorney
in said actions.
