RESOLUTION NO. 3155
APPOINTING MEMBERS OF WAR HOUSING CENTER COMMIT
WHEREAS, the term of office of all members of the War Housing Center
Committee of the City of Alameda will expire on the 15th day of June, 1945; and
WHEREAS, this Council believes there is need for the continuance of
this committee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that Messrs. Frank D. Kelly, Herbert D. Bendheim, L. M. Apple, George P. Johnson,
Vernon S. Yallop and E. R. Sanford be, and they are hereby, appointed members of
the War Housing Center Committee of the City of Alameda for the term ending
June, 15, 1946.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 5th day of June, 1945, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branscheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
