VTEREAS, by Resolution No. 3185 adopted by this Council on Tuly 17,
1945, the City of Alameda entered into an Agreement and Public Voucher for
Advance, BCF Form 405, with the Fodoral Works Agency, Bureau of Community
Facilities, for a loan of' Fedaral funds for the purpose of planning the sewer
program of the City of Alameda, said Agreement and Public Voucher for Advance,
BCF Form I( , being entered into pursuant to the terms of the War Mobilization
and Reconversion Act of 1944g Title V trereof; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Agreement and. Public Voucher for Advance,
BCF Form 405, the said Federal Works Agency, Bureau of Community Facilities,
has adaenced to the City of Alameda the sum of $3,000.; and.
VIEREAS, a further sum, not to exceed „).3,000, may be paid to the City
of Alamada by said Federal Works Agencyg Bureau of Community Facilities; and
maratis, said total sum of not to exceed $40,0> 4). provided to be paid
to said City' of delarmads pursuant to said Agreement and Public Voucher for Ad-
vance, DBIT Form 405, shall be expended in a. sewer plan for Day Fdrm island;
