RESOLUTION NO 3259
()HEATING POSITION OF FIELD DEPUTY ASSESSOR IN THE OFFICE
OF THE AUDITOR AND ASSESSOR OF 71E CITY OF ALAMEDA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that a position
of Field Deputy Assessor, in the office of the Auditor and Assessor of the City
of Alameda, be, and the same is hereby, created and established.
That the salary for such position is hereby fixed at $212, per month.
RESOLVED. FURTHER, that the provisions of this resolution shall super-
sede Resolution No. 2721 and any other resolution in conflict herewith, and all
such conflicting provisions are, to the extent of such conflict only, hereby
rescinded and annulled.

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda
in reuular meeting assembled on the 18th day of December, 1945, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Howe, Jones, Osborn, Sweeney and President
Branecheid, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
