WHCREAS, a certain indenture dated the 30th clay of July, 1954, sisras, by
and between C2ntral Avenue Land Development Co., a limited partnership, party of
the first part, and City of Alameda, a municipal. corporation, 83 party of the
second part, was, on or about said date, executed and doliverod b1 said party of
the first Dart to the City of Alameda; and
WIEREAS, by said indenture, the grantor therain named granted to the City
of Alameda a permanent easement and right or way to, at any time, or from ti_me to
time, conatrut, naintain, operate, replace, rooe and renew an underground storm
sewer in, threug2r, under and along that certain. piece or of land. in the City
of Alameda, County or Alamedn, or Californla, and more particularly described
3' said indenture; and
WHEREAS, the City of Alameda did, on the 17th day op August, 1954, accept
said conveyance and acquired possession of the said easement in the said real
property,
NOV THEREF'C.RE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 02 ALAMEDA that
the aforementioned indenture ho, and. the same is hereby, accepted on behalf of the
City cf Alameda, and said City Council, acting for and In behalf of said City,
hereby consents to the recordation of said indenture and orders this resolution to
be attached thereto, as required by SeetIon 27281. of the Government Code of the
State of California.
