RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND
NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACONISITION, CONSTRUCTION' AND
COMPLETION BY THE CITY OF ALAMEDA OF THE FOLLOWING
MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT: MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE
IMPROVEMENTS, AND THAT THE COST OF SAID MUNICIPAL
IMPROVEMENT WILL, REWIRE AN EXPENDITURE HtHEATER THAN
THE AMOUNT ALLOWED THEREFOR BY THE ANNUAL TAX LEVY.
RESOUJED by the Council of the City. of Alameda as follows:
Section 1. That the public interest and necessity clemand the acquisition,
construction and completion by the City of Alameda of the following munielpea improve-
ment, to wit:
Manici_pal Golf Course improvements: Municlp:US Golf Course improvements,
comprisIng: sanitary sewers end water. lines for sanitary facilities and
drinking fountains on existing munlcipal golf course; new eighteen hole
municipal golf course and club house to be constructed. on .1-..net owned or to
be owned by the City, incloning Fradin7, filling, construction, plantg and
hevolopment of fairways and traps, club and toervice buildihRs and equipment,
and water and sprinkler systems, sanitary sewers, fencos, parking lot, service
and aeLess roads, pipes, fittings, valves, sprinklers, ,fella, pumps, reservoir,
culverts, machinery, apparatus an equipment, therefor; and other works, pro-
perties or structuros necessary or convenient for municipal golf COUPSe improve-
ments of the City of Alameda'.
Section P. That the acoujsition, construction and completion of RRid muni-
