IN MEMORIAM TO BEN F. LAMBORN.
WITH DEEP SORRDW, the Council of the City of Alameda records the death
of one of its former City Officials, 1331 F. LAMBORN, t:itto was elected by the
people of Alanede to serve as Oity Clerk 'beginning April 15, 1895, Mr. Lamborn
officiated in this office until April 15, 1901.
NOW, THERETCHN, BE IT RESOLVED, that, in recognition of the worth-
while end coamendable service rendered by 1 2. Lamborn in the pioneer days of
this community and his continued interest and concern in the welfare and proper
developltnmt cf Co, City, the Council of the City of Alameda hereby expresses its
sincere appreciation of his early leadership and civic-minded activities.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution te spread in full upon
the minutes of this meetina, and that a copy thereof be tranaoitted to the family
of Mr. Lamborn, that it may extend to its members a sincere expression of sympathy
and condolence; and
BE II' FURTHER RESOLVED that when this meeting of the Council of the City
of Alameda adjourns, it shall do 8D in respect to the memory of 313 F. LAMBORN.
