AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF REVOCABLE PERMIT GRANTING
PERMISSION TO CALIFORNIA PACKING CORPORATION TO
CONSTRUCT AND MAINTAIN A RAMP LEADING INTO NEW
WAREHOUSE AT NORTH END OF DAY STREET.
WHEREAS, California Packing Corporation has made application to the City
of Alameda for permission to construct and maintain a paved ramp leading into its
warehouse presently under construction at the north end of Bay Street and upon a
portion of the street area of said Bay Street, more particulnly described in the
form of Revocable Permit hereinafter referred to; and
WHEREAS, a form of Revocable Permit containing the terms and conditions
upon which said permit shall be granted has been prepared and submitted to this Coun-
cil at its regular meeting held on June 21, 19, and it appearing to the Council
that it is in the best interest of the City of Alameda that such permission be
granted;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OP THE CITY OE ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda be, and he is hereby authorized and directed to
execute, and the City Clerk to attest, on behalf of the City, a Revocable Permit
substantially in the form and containing the terms and conditions set forth in the
aforesaid form of Revocable Permit.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 21st day cf June, 1955, by the following vote,
to wit:
