RESOLUTION NO. 5829
AUTHORIZING YEAR-END TRANSFERS ON THE BOOKS OF
ACCOUNT OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA,
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Auditor of the
City of Alameda is hereby authorized to make all necessary transfers upon the books
of account of said City to the end that the balance of said accounts be transferred
to the Surplus Account.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lnr meeting assembled on the 15th day of July, 1958, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Collischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and
President McCall, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None,
