Resolution 05933RESOLUTION NO. 5933 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, ON ITS OWN INITIATIVE, TO REFER TO THE CITY PLANNING BOARD FOR ACTION THE MATTER OF THE RECLASSIFICATION AND REZONING 0) CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA (SHUMAKER PROPERTY-SOUTH SHORE) FROM AN 0-4-RD (NEIGHBORHOOD APARTMENT-PLANNED DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT TO AN AP (ADMINISTRATIVE-PROFESSIONAL DISTRICT. RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to Section 11-172 of the Alameda Municipal Code it is nroposed by the Council to amend Chapter 1, of Title XI, of the Alameda Municipal Code lOrdinance No. 1277 N. S.) to the extent that the district boundaries as set out in Section 11-116 be changed to reclassify and rezone from an R-4-PD District to an AP District, all of that certain real prop- erty situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and more particularly described as follows: A PORTION of Lot 107 in Block 3, according to the Map of Tract 1866, South Shore Unit N. 1, filed October 30, 1957 in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of record in Man Book 38, Pages 50 to 54 inclusive, bounded as follows: BEGINNING at the northern extremity of the curve with a radius of 20 feet that connects the northeastern line of Otis Drive with the general western line of Willow Street, as shown on said map, (all bear- ings, distances and radii herein are based on the California Coordinate System Zone III), and running thence along said line of Willow Street, as follows: North 26* 11' 02" east 38 feet, northerly on the arc of a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 290 feet a distance of 136.66 feet, and northerly on the are of a compound curve to the right with a radius of 350 feet a distance or 104.83 feet to the actual point of commence- ment; thence continuing along said line of Willow Street northerly on the aro of last said curve 75.30 feet; thence parallel with said line of Otis Drive north 63* 58' 56" west 211.78 feet; thence south 26* 11' 02" west 75 feet; thence south 63* 48, 58" east 216.60 feet to the actual point of commencement. RESOLVED, FURTHR, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to transmit a certified copy of this Resolution to the Planning Board of the City of Alameda, pur- suant to Sections 11-171 to 11-177 inclusive, of the Alameda Municipal Code, * * * * * * * * * * 1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly introduced and adopted by the Council of the City. of Alameda in regu- lar meeting assembled on the 5th day of May, 1959, by the following vote, to wit: AYES: Councilmen Ccliischonn, Freeman, Petersen, Schacht and President McCall, (5).
