ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS FOR FURNISHING TO THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA ATHLETIC SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE
RECREATION DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS AND DIRECT-
ING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda athletic suoplies and equipment for
the Recreation Department, No. MS 10-59-1J4, filed in the office of the City Clerk on
October 27, 1.959, be and the same aro hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED. FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids ur to the hour of 10:00 oiclock a.m.. on THURSDAY. 2)7rM2P 12, 1959, for
furnishing to the City of said supplies and equipment, in accordance with said Speci-
ications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
'Proposal for Athlmtin Supplies and Equipment for the Recreation Department", or
similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid..
The right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
s notice calling for sealed bids, in accordance with tee provisions of this 10-
bioe and of said. Specifications and Provisions.
