RABE, McKINLEY PARK, GODERTHY PARK, AND ON SOUTH 01
BEACH,. FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING JANUARY 1, 1960 AND
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 1960, CALLING FOR BIDS AND
DIRECTING CITY CLERK TO ADVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY BEE COUNCIL, OF TIIR CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and
Provielfons filed in tLe office of the City 01 'l on November 3, 19992 No. MS 11-59-15,
fcr operating refreshment concession in Waehingten Park, 'Lincoln Park, KV081 Park,
YoKinley Park, Godfrey Park, and on the South. Shore Beech, for the period commencing
january 1, 1960 and ending December 31, 1960, be, and the same are hereby appr,Tmied
and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00 o'clock a. m. on TuEsniff, DECEINBER 8, 1959, for
the privilege of operating the said refreshment concession, in accordance gith said
Spmcifications and. Provisions, kids mast be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
Hall, in Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside,
id. for Operating Refreshment Concession in Parks and on South Skore Reach", or
similar designation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bldder who submits
the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject smy or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-St r2
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordance with the provisions of this resolution
and cf said Specifications and Provisions.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and. regularly introduced. and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regu-
lar meeting assembled on the 3rd day of' November, 1959, by the following vote, to wit,
