WHEREAS, term and conditions for the proposed sale of bertal City-owned
real property situated on the FL aide of Beach Roac . southerly of 5eminary Avenue,
in the City of Alameda, are on flle in the office cE' the City Clbrk of thh C1ty of
Alameda; and
WHEREAS0 the City Council la informed and aware of the terms Rica conditions
cfntained therein;
NOW TtlEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 8L4 )A that
the aforesaid terms and conditiEns as filed with said City Clerk. are herehy approved.
RESOLVED FUR:THFR, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
senled bids no to the hour of 10:00 a. m- on TUESDAY., AUIMIST 2, 1960 for the pur-
chase of seld real property. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the City
Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed. cover and. plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for Purchase of Beach Road Property,' or similar desighation.
The bid. if accepted, will be accepted subject to the nrovisicno of the
Charter of the City of Alameda. The award will be made to the responsible bidder
who submits the highest and best bid. The right is reserved to reject any or all
bids.
Said terms and conditions of sale: may be had by any prospective bidder
on applibation to the City Clerk, at the City Hall, Alameda, California.
The City Clprk is hereby dbrected to advertise, in the Alameda Ttmes-Star,
a notice calling for sealed bids in accordEnce with the provisihns of tnis resolu-
tion and of said terms and conditions.
