Provisions for furnishing to the City of Alameda one (I) new, late5t model 85' A
Ladder Truck, No. MS 8-60-11, filed in the office of the City Clerk on September 20,
1960, be, and the same are hereby. approved and. adopted.
RESG1VED, FURTHER, that the Council of the City of Alameda will receive
seaied bids up to tha hour of 10:00 o'clock. a.m. on MONDAY, OCTOBER 10, 1960, for
furnishing to the City of said 85) aerial ladder truck, in accordance with said
Specifications and Provisions. Bids must be presented to the City Clerk, in the
City Hall, Alameda, Calj 0 011 11 11 cover and plainly marked on the outside,
"Proposal for 85' Aerial. Ladder. Truck," or similar desicmation,
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the
Charter of said City, to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid.

The City Clerk is hereby dire,ted to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star,
a
