WHEREAS, public interemt and necessity require thee the real. property hereinafter descmibed
he acquired by the City of Alameda For use by said Cisiy for public streev aad Highway purposes; end
WHEREAS, "Finnan McDonald and Edia McDonald, his safe, are the owners of the real property
situated. in the

Alameda purchase. from Duncan McDonald and &ilia litDonald, hie wife, for the sum of $1,000.00, thmt
certain roml property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State cf California, wore
particularly described as foliws:
HOMING at the northwest corner of the parcel of lend described in the deed from
Duncan and Edla McDonald to the City of Alameda, recorded September 3, 1959,
aV page 21, Book 91.42, Official" Records cal. Alameda County, said corner having
coordinates of y - 465,952.12 feet and x 1,498120.10 feet based on the
California Cpordinate System, Zone III, as are all bearings, distances and.
coordinates in this descriptfon, said corner being also a point on. the north-
eastern line of Bue. Vista Avenue, as said line iwas established in Parcel. i
of the Final Decree in Condemnatron rendered June 3, 1943, in Superior Court,

of title insurance and other incidentaJ expenses to said transaction is hereby appropriated from the
Specgal. Gaa Tag Street Improvement Fund, No. 222, to pay the purchase price of said real property,
cost of said title insurance policy, and incidental expenses.
