Simas and Jean Lenore ,7 433,, IS wife, (as joint,tenants) are the owners of the real property situated in the Clty of Alameda, County of Alameda, Stnte of California, here- inafter described, and are willing to sell. the same to the City of Alameda for the sum of $584.00; NOW THEREFORE, BE If RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 113, 1. that the City: of Alameda purchase from Walter J. 71 «1'' and :lean Lenore Simas, his wife, for the sum of $564.00, that certain real property situated in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, more parti- cularly described as follows: A PARCEL of land situate in the City of Alameda, County of Alameda, State of California, and being a portion of that land described in deed to Robert C. Beck dated March 16, 1946 and recorded in Book 4869 of Official Records of Alameda County, at page 315, and further described as follows; DEGINNINC at Cae point of intersection of the northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue, 70.00 feet in width, with the westerly line of Park Street, 50.00 feet in widLh; the aforesaid point has the coordinates of y - 466,488.6E feet and x - 1,497,505.57 feet based en 7.' Califoraia Coordimate System Zone ILI, as are all bearings, distances and coordinates in this description, thence along the afore- said northerly line of Buena Vista Avenue north 606 04' 06"' west 28.04 feet to an intersection with the arc of a 180.63 foot radius curve the bearing to center of curve beinh north 16° TE' TIT' east; thence southeasterly along the arc '7 said 160.83 foot radius curve I.D.72 feet to a point of compound curvature with a 39.00 foot radius curve, the bearinh to centers of curves beinh nerth 1: 1, 7" east; thence along the are of the 39.600 foot radius curve 19.88 feet to an intersection with the aforesaid westerly line. of Park Street: where the bearing to center of curve is north 16. 49 1,' west; and thence along said westerly line of Park Street south 34' 48) 13" west 13.98 feet to the point of beginning.
