CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO PUBLIC USE FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY
PURPOSES (FITCHBURG AVENUE BETWEEN MBITLAND DRIVE AND BEACH
ROAD.
WHEREAS, it is desirable and in the public interest that certain real property oi,ned by
the Citv of Alameda be dedicated to public use for public street and highway purposes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 1. ALAMEDA. that the real. property
more particularly de.scribed below is herefy dedicated to the public use for street and. hishvGsy pur-
