APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE PENSION BOARD.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of Sec-
tion 3 of Ordinance No. 1079 New Series, as amended by Ordinance No, 1085 New Series, of the City
of Alameda, LESTER H. BROOKS be, and be is hereby appointed to the office of trustee of the Pension
Board of the City of Alameda for a term commencing on January 1, 1963, and expiring December 31,
1965, and to serve until his successor is appointed and is qualified.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
4th day of December, 1962, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Godfrey, McCall, Rose, Schacht and President Collischonn, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
