APPOINTING MEMBER OF THE RECREATION COMMISSION.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that pursuant to the provisions of Section 3
of Ordinance No. 11C2 New Series, and upon nomination of the Council, DANIEL J. ROURKE is hereby
appeinted to the office of member of the Recreation Commission of the City of Alameda for a term
beginning on September 1, 1963, and expiring on August 31, 1966, and to serve until his successor
is appointed and is qualified.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
16th day of July, 1963, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ASSENT: None,
