ACCEPTABLE EQUAL, FOR THE GOLF DEPARTMENT, CALLING FOR BIDS
AND DIRECTING CITY CLERK TOjNDVERTISE SAME.
RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Specifications and Prevision or
furnishing • the Ciry of Alameda one (1) Aern-Thatch Fairway ;critter, Model X. P.T.O. or accept-
able equal, for the Golf Department, No. MS 11-63-11, filed in the office of the City Clerk on
August 6, 1963, he, and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council of rhe City of Alameda will receive sealed bids dp
10 the boor of 1.100 o'clock a.m. on WEDNESDAY, AUGUST l4, 1963j for furnishing ro the City of said
equipment, in accordance with said Specifications and Provisions, Bids must be presented to the
City Clerk, in the City Hall, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the
• outside, "Proposal for Aero-Thatch Fairway Aerifier", or similar designation.
Contract, if awarded, will be awarded subject to the provisions of the Charter of said
Cityt to the responsible bidder who submits the lowest and best bid. The right Is reserved to
reject any or all bids.
The City Clerk is hereby directed to advertise, in the Alameda Times-Star, a notice call-
ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisiona.

introduced and adopted by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled on the
