CANCEILLNG CITY TAXES ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED BY THE CITY (1'
ALAMEDA FOR MUNICIFAL 13URPOSES (OTIS-WILLOW.
WHEREAS, the following described real property, situated in the City of Alameda, County of
Alameda, State of California, to wit:
Tax Bill Na. 11671, 1963-1964, Assessor's Block 394, Lot 22, Block 4, Tvact 1866,
South Shore UnIt I -- SW Corner Otis. Drive and Willow Street,
has been assessed heretofore for City purposes for the fiscal. year 1963-1964, and taxes levled
therevn in the Sin of $142.20 are uncollected and unpaid; and
WHEREAS, after the time said taxes or assessmevts 94, a lien on said real property,
ih Las by Grant Deed recorded in the office of the Counky Recorder of Alameda County on January 3,
1964, on Reel 1087, ledage 82, Serial No. AU 764, acquired, and ever since has been and now is owned
by thv Cit of Alameda, and has been and now is being used for publc purposes, and because of such
public ovvevship is not. subject to sale for delinquent taxes;
NOW THEREFORE, BE Ti' RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, with the written con-
sent of the Citry Attorney attached hereto, that all uncollected taxes charged or levied for City
purposes upon the aforesaid rval property, together vdth penalties and costs thereon, be, and the
same are hereby, cancelled, and the Auditor and the Tax Collector of the City of Alameda are hereby
authorized and directed to cancel the same on their respective books.
I, Frederick A. Cunningham, City Attorney of the City of Alameda, State of California, do
hereby consent to the cancellation of any and all uncollected taxes and assessments and penalties and
costs thereon, charged or levied for City purposes upon the parcel of real property described in the
within Resolution.
