CITY OF ALAMEDA RESOLUTION C. 6572
FINDING AND DETERMINING THAT WORK PROPOSED TO BE DONE UNDER
BUILDING PERMIT APPLIED FOR BY AGNEW & COPELAND, REALTORS, IS
COMPATIBLE WITH REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PARK CENTRE PROJECT,
NO. CALIF. R-63, AND AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF SUCH PERMIT.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1.450 N. S. amended Ordinance No. 1440 N. 5. and provided that no
building or other permits, except for maintenance and repair, shall be issued for construction of
improvements to existing structures in Park Centre Redevelopment Project, No. Calif. R-63, except
her this Council first determines that such construction or improvement is compatible with and
not prejudicial to the redevelopment plan for said Project; and
WHEREAS, Agnew E. Copeland, Realtors, owner of premises commonly known as 1428 Park Street,
Alameda, California, has applied for a building permit to construct certain improvements to said
premises, which are located within said Project,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that this Council hereby
finds and determines that the work proposed to be done by said Agnew & Copeland, Realtors, upon said
premises is compatible with and not prejudicial to the redevelopment plan for Park Centre Projeet,
No. Calif. R-63; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Building Official Is hereby authorized to issue Agnew &
Copeland, Realtors, an appropriate building permit for said proposed improvements.

1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
introduced and adopted by the Council nf the City of Alameda in regular meeting assembled an the
3rd day of March, 1964, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Freeman, La Croix, Jr., McCall, Rose and President Godfrey, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
