ADOPTING SPECIFICATIONS, SPECIAL PROVISIONS AND PLANS FOR
RESURFACING OF VARIOUS STREETS IN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA, CALLING
FOR BIDS AND DIRECTING PITY CLERK 10 ADVERTISE SAME.
WHEREAS the City Engineer has prepared Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans for
resurfacing of various streets in the City of Alameda, numbered PW 6-64620 and filed in the office
of the City Clerk on june 3, 1964;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY 1 ALAMEDA that the aforesaid
Specifications, Special Provisions and Plans, nucthered and flied as aforesaid, be, and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the performance and completion of the work specified in said Speci-
ficaTions and Provisions be, and the '0 11 is hereby 'authorized.
RESOLVED, FURTHER, that the Council Of Ihe City of Alameda will receive sealed bids up 10
the hour of' 11:00 o'clock a.m. on FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 1964, for furnishing ,to the City of all labor,
materials, machinery, fools and equipment necessary for fhe work hereinabove referred to, in accord-.
anoe 1.3 said Specificationa and Provisions, Bids must be presented to the City Clap, in the Cify
dali, Alameda, California, under sealed cover and plainly marked on the outside, "Proposal for
Resurfacing of Various Streefs in the City oE Alameda", or similar designation,

Said Specifications and Provisions may be had by any prospective bidder on application to
fhe Clip Enpineur, at his office in the City Hall, Alameda, California.

ing for sealed bids, in accordance with the provisions of this resolution and of said Specifications
and Provisions,
