WHEREAS, a. proposed contract for the fiscal. year 1964-1965 with the firm of
Hackleman bohzelore, Certified Public Acooentants, has been submitted to the Coun-
cil and the Counnil is fully informed anti. aware of the terms and conditions thereof,
said comtract being filed. with the City Clerk. and. mached "Flind Tune 16, 1964";
NOW THRTHEORE, PT IT RESOLNID EY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY CT ALAMEDA that
the Mayor of the City of Alameda is hereby authorized and directed to execute for and
on behalf of the City of Alameda that certain contract referred. to above by and
bhtween tte City and. the firm of Racklemen Larzelere for certified public account-
ing services for the fiscal year 1964-1965. The City Clerk. is hereby directed. to
attest to same.
