BY FOUNDERS SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATICN, A CORPORATION, AND
APPROVING 31.TAFIJI, '"3' 1,11, BOND AS TO SUFFICIENCY,
WHEREAS, there has been heretofore filed. with and approved by this Council a Tentative iWap
of that certain proposed subdivision known as Tract 2.599; and
WEEREAS, the 33,1)1 1, of said Tract 2599, Founders 3.3313 311 Loan Association, a
3. 0). has entered inth a contract with the City of Alameda, agreeing to construct certain
improyementa upon said Tract and to post wIttn the City Clerk of the City of Alameda a faithful per-
fonmance bond iN1 the amount of $120,860.00 to 8warantee performance of said chntract; ankl
WHEREAS, said Subdivider has filed with Uals Council for approval the Final. Map of said
Tract 2599;
NOW THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that the Final Map of
Tract 2599 be, and the same is. hereby apprwved,
BE fa FURTHER RESOLVED that the bond in the sum of $120,860,0C guaranteeing full and
faithful performance of the Subdividers said improvements construction contract is hereby
approved as sufficient in. amount,
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resejution was duly and regularly
inLroduced and. adopted by the Councll of the City of Alameda in res,hiar meting assembled on the
21st day of July, 1964, by the following vote, to wit
